We met Natalya when she was working elsewhere - we were satisfied. in February we rested in Dubai, booked through APl travel Kharkiv. excellent service, very competent, obligatory, attentive employees work. the hotel encountered a problem - the reservation was for three days, not for a week. our manager resolved the issue immediately after our first appeal and very quickly.
