The travel agency is normal, satisfied with the service!
I also decided to leave my review about the January vacation in Thailand, I was surprised by the negative (((I have known Onlinetours for more than a year, they are quite satisfied with their services, the guys know how to work! In January, I flew with my husband to Pattaya + Bangkok for 10 days. Together with Ekaterina (my travel agent, I only consult with her) picked up the most suitable hotels together by phone, told me everything about them, sent a pack of options for consideration by mail.

Hotel for 4 plus.
I leave my review about the hotel too. We rested in January, the impression is fresh and there is something to tell. The hotel was selected for us by a travel agency, but I managed to read reviews and see pictures, I was convinced that the hotel was not bad, although there were also negative reviews.
