I do NOT recommend!
Purely by chance we chose this agency. Specifically, a question was asked about the tour operator whose tour was bought. We were assured that this is a good operator and there are no problems with him. It turned out that the tour operator - Sharashkin's office and the agency knew this, but withheld this information. They also didn’t say that tourists died at this tour operator in the winter (although it seemed they knew it too!), It was so nice to hear the assurances of the guide Mahmud that this would not happen again with us.
