Do not deal with this company!
In January, I bought 4 tours in the UAE for the spring holidays from the travel agency "Putevochka" (Biblio Travel Tour Operator). Plans have changed. I wrote an application to cancel the order. The operator was said to have incurred a cost of 600 euros to book flights to Emirates. Okay, bring back the rest! It's the end of April and the money still hasn't been returned!!! In "Putevochka" they said that the tour operator returned the money to them, but they are all waiting for some kind of confirmation.
