Money stolen!
I chose this company for the promised multivisa for 2 years, partially paid for myself and my friend, sent scanned copies of documents. Due to the events in Crimea, I had to cancel the trip scheduled for 06/14/2014. The operator was informed about this in March and offered to return the money. She promised, but did not return, then again ... and so on for several months.
