We bought a tour to St. Petersburg from this tour operator, in addition to booking a tour a month in advance, but they put us in seats in the last row where the seats do not fold out, and upon filing a claim by phone, they lied that these were the first rows on the second floor of the bus - nothing of the kind, the last "non-folding" row was. But the worst thing is that they settled not in the indicated hotel, but in a much worse one (they checked the prices - and the hotel was one and a half times cheaper and instead of the standard they settled in a creepy-looking economy), and they didn’t even warn about it.
