Hooray, it's done! - Winter Express to the Snow Maiden and Santa Claus from St. Petersburg
We returned from Kostroma and Veliky Ustyug. Traveled as a family with my sister. We are happy, the children are happy. We adults liked Kostroma more, and the children were impressed, as expected, by Santa Claus. Organization for four plus. Claim to the restaurant car. The rest is within. If the neighbors didn’t itch that the animation is not like in Turkey and the guides don’t know how to speak, it would be very good.

Good hotel (building, rooms) poor management and staff
The hotel is really good - the building is modern, the rooms are good, bright, clean, and everything else is at a good level. The location is great. BUT, it seems that the management was entrusted to non-professionals.
