They took the money promising 5 * and a chic vacation. But when we arrived, we didn't find anything. Neither Turkey nor Kyiv responded to our claims. The Turks blame the Ukrainians, and the Ukrainians blame the Turks. It was said that the travel agency has no obligations to tourists. 3 days before the end of the vacation, it was proposed to improve the living conditions, namely, to move to another hotel for an additional fee of $ 200.
