When I checked in, I had to drag the bags myself to the reception, which is located on the 11th floor, albeit on the elevator. At the reception, they demanded 1000 baht as a deposit, which was not available (only 700 was).

Great service!
This was the first hotel I went to in Thailand. I just found out it's five stars. What can be said. Attentive service at the reception, in the bar, by the pool, in the rooms.
