When I checked in, I had to drag the bags myself to the reception, which is located on the 11th floor, albeit on the elevator. At the reception, they demanded 1000 baht as a deposit, which was not available (only 700 was). As luck would have it, they did not serve Visa cards, and I was so easily sent outside to look for an ATM and withdraw cash. I clearly asked for a non-smoking room, and once in the room I almost suffocated from the strong smell of tobacco. Since the hotel consists of three interconnected buildings and they didn’t specify that I would live in building C (and this is not written on the key card), then, of course, where I was (in building A), I went up to my floor there and was very angry when she could not get into her room, and this is all with bags. Very unpleasant. So of course it's beautiful. Ice water pool, bar on the 11th floor overlooking the canal and surrounding areas of the city. The room is also very well furnished, comfortable and spacious. Of the three hotels on that trip, this was the worst.
