To begin with, we were initially asked if we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. Since my husband and I do not smoke, we asked for non-smokers. We went into the room on the 29th floor - and it was impossible to breathe, not only was there a heavy cigarette smell, but also the windows did not open. We asked to be replaced, they first unlocked, they say we gave you a non-smoking room, they offered to spray it with a spray. but then they came, checked and changed without talking. I did not like the hotel, this noise in the morning from the market, which is located right at the exit, and such cheap things, such unpleasant people - it was terrible. There is heavy air in the corridor on all floors, because it is never ventilated. For security reasons, the windows do not open, the communication in the room does not catch. Because of this, it is impossible to sleep, stuffy, hard, in general, 2 nights were tormented. The only positive is the breakfast, quite varied. These were the final days of our magical stay in Thailand, which spoiled our mood, we wanted to leave Bangkok as soon as possible. It’s normal as a transit point - but for a maximum of 1 day and it’s not worth that kind of money (for a room a little more than 100 dollars. USA), but most likely Bangkok is everywhere.
