A company that doesn't care about its customers
Hotel guide Ahmed Murzi from Anex Tour at the hotel le royal holiday resort aqua park (Egypt, Sharm) SCAM!!!! He sold an excursion to the Ras Mohammed reserve, but what he promised did not at all correspond to what we received! The guide was changed, the complaint was not answered and the money was not returned. They said that it was not their fault that the tour did not meet our expectations! With a hotel guide from Anex Tour, the tour cost $ 80.
