The tour operator did not pay for the reservation. We waited until 6 pm for check-in. We were only allowed in when the police were called! here's what to do when they don't populate it turns out ((very unpleasant, believe me. Especially for those who come with children.

The hotel is in principle good, large rooms, beautiful grounds. I would like to leave more feedback about the tour operator (sorry if it's off topic))) but this is very important.
