I am always touched by how managers of travel companies work. I chose a vacation in a sanatorium. The conversation immediately turned to diagnosis. At first, I became annoyed over the phone that they wouldn’t take me to a sanatorium with such diagnoses and flared up. Then only in a conversation it turned out that a person with a medical education was sitting on the other end of the wire and, like no one else, understands what I need for treatment, and what for rest.
