Deception is their motto!
My family and I have been choosing a vacation spot and a hotel for a whole month! Having chosen a hotel according to all the parameters that were of interest to us, we turned to a familiar agency for the purchase. Documents and payment were made 3.5 weeks before the date of the trip. Documents received 10 hours before departure!!! But that was not the question! Friends from the agency, on the eve of the trip, called directly to the hotel to make sure there were reservations for our names - they were not there !!! The agency turned to the operator, and they calmly stated the fact of the resale of the desired hotel, while turning all the blame on the operator in Greece.
