Pleasantly surprised
You know, I'm used to the fact that not the most educated and erudite people work in travel agencies. Well, this is my personal experience, sorry if I offended anyone. I ALWAYS knew more about the country I was visiting than a travel agent. I am very surprised, and I will not hide that I am glad that I met an exception to the rule in the person of velikobritania.
