Terrible travel agency
We bought a package tour, paid in full, having discussed the airport of departure and arrival, time and airline. A day and a half before departure, documents were sent by electronic - everything was completely replaced. calling the travel agency, we were told that our manager is on the weekend and no one can help us except her. We called to the central office, they just sent us.
