Good tour operator, but the work of the representative in the host country needs to be corrected
Satisfied with the work of the tour operator. Both from the moment of choosing a hotel, and until the moment of returning home :)) There is one, but a weighty remark. Rather, not even a remark, but a request. You just need to conduct explanatory work with a representative of your company in Alanya (Turkey.) Perhaps the case that I encountered is a single one, however.
