Everything is very bad
I traveled around Italy from 09/09/17 to 09/16/17 in the bus tour of the "City of Arts". The most remarkable thing was the comfort of the bus and the friendliness of the driver, everything else in terms of organizing and accompanying the tour is simply disgusting. I'm sick of being forced to buy something on the tour or pay a certain amount of tips: I paid the escort what she deserved and it's not much!! I have a good experience of tourism in other countries and in my understanding the excursions should last at least 4 hours and not 1.
