Attentive approach, taking into account all wishes
I recommend, they give truthful information about hotels, they won’t send you somewhere for the sake of profit, they will dissuade you from the hotel if it’s really not worth it, they will take into account all wishes, make discounts. Treat people the way you want them to treat you - the right approach to customers .
