Haven't seen this kind of service in a long time.
I wanted to buy a ticket to Bulgaria in this travel agency in the office on Komendantsky Prospekt of the Miller shopping center. The manager of this office ate all the time of communication with me. She had no desire to somehow please the client and sell him a ticket. All my questions were answered incompetently. I have not seen such service in travel agencies for a long time.
