I do not recommend Pegas Touristik to anyone
I would like to contact Pegas, I really hope that they monitor mentions of them. I rested with my mother in June 2019 at the Dead Sea Spa 4 * hotel in Jordan. And left very dissatisfied with the work of Pegas. So! Firstly, we had an English-speaking guide who did not even hold an introductory meeting with us. We saw him only on the first day before check-in and that's it! A couple of days before departure, I started writing to him on Viber to find out when our flight was, if it had changed and what time the transfer would arrive for us, so he told me to check when we had a flight! WHAT? Is that my job! But that is not all.

Normal hotel value for money
I stayed at this hotel with my mother. I chose based on my budget and reviews, so I didn’t expect anything “luxury”. Looking ahead, I can say that in most reviews it looked worse than in reality .
