The travel agency only pretends to listen to the opinion of its customers.
Two days ago we returned from a tour in Transcarpathia for the May holidays. I want to say right away that I saw negative reviews about Igor published on the Smile website, and therefore I was very glad that there was no person with that name among the employees of the travel agency. But it was not there! Already on the bus, we were confronted with the fact that the same Igor would be the leader of the group.
