For the first time I want to leave a review not about the hotel, but about the travel agency with which we had to work. It will be very detailed, because there were many little things that were left unattended and show the negligent attitude of Oksana Pavlenko, the director of the Grand Pava Travel travel agency, to her work. We contacted the Grand Pava Travel travel agency for the second time.

Nice stay but bloated hotel!!!
We were two families with a 7 month old baby. Since our unscrupulous travel agent was irresponsible in booking our rooms, they booked rooms in the park room instead of the ones she paid for the standard.
