Terrible tour organization
Recently we went on an excursion to Chernihiv. I have never met a worse organization. About everything in order: 1. Tour guide Valery. I was late to the meeting place of the group, because of which the departure took place 20 minutes late. It was impossible to get through to him in order to find out the exact location of the bus stop: he did not pick up the phone and did not call back himself.
