My review concerns the tour operator TPG We paid for a tour to Crete from Dnepropetrovsk to Dnepropetrovsk, a month before the start of the tour, a week before departure, we were informed that the return flight to Dnepropetrovsk was canceled They offered to transfer us to Kharkov, we agreed, but after 2 hours they began to demand an additional payment of 150 euros We wrote a letter that we do not agree and demand to transfer us without additional payment, to which they answered that they could already transfer us only to Kyiv with the loss of one day of rest They assured that they would return the money for a day at the hotel and pay us for railway tickets from Kyiv to Dnepropetrovsk Persuaded to this option, despite the fact that there was a connection between the plane and the train for three hours They said that flights are usually not delayed and there will be no problems And if there are, we will solve them as they become available.
