Terrible customer service!! ! We booked a junior suite with them in March for July, talked with the manager until the day of arrival, flew in... and we were brought to a completely different hotel, naturally with different living conditions) without any warning.

Good hostel for families
Good afternoon! We rested in Azov with my daughter (11 years old) from 22.07 to 01.08. , and noted that not everything is as scary as they say in the reviews (not even scary at all).
