Купили ТУР через TUI в Join UP! - и все: пропали деньги! никто ни за что не отвечает! Заплатили мы за апартаменты на 3 или 4 этаже, с видом на горы или море, и получили - целое НИЧЕГО. Денег жалко, отдых испорчен, обидно.

I used the services of TUI for quite a long time, earlier, in another city, I had a wonderful operator. But that was a couple of years ago. I applied here, in Kyiv, to the Goloseevsky branch of TUI (Kyiv, 96, 40th Anniversary of October Avenue) - and that's it! No service, no information, NO! Complete lunacy!!! Details: I called the TUI department, talked to a specialist (who is currently out of the country).
