We contacted a travel agency to organize transportation to Berdyansk and back. When ordering, the manager answered politely. We made reservations there and back. Due to a change in circumstances, there was no need to travel to Berdyansk, which was reported to the travel agency in advance. At the same time, they asked to leave the opportunity to return with the company back from Beryansk, to which the manager responded with rudeness.
