They ruined their whole life. HORRIBLE FIRM
I was going to go on a tour to Norway for a conference, but the tour was supposed to be an excursion, and the conference was only 1 day out of 10. The travel agency took care of all the paperwork, including visas. To apply for a visa, they said that they needed a bank statement, which they would take centrally for the entire group. As a result, we gave all the documents for a visa, paid for the tour and waited for a visa.
