Terrible service!
I have never met such an attitude, although I have already traveled around the world enough. No participation or help, the attitude of the guides is not just inattentive, but frankly boorish! The guide at the hotel, a certain Zaur Aliyev, frankly sent me and my girlfriend after we refused to buy excursions from him. I think that such an attitude is simply unacceptable for a self-respecting company!.
