Never contacted Tui before and did the right thing. This year I managed to go from them to Bulgaria. On the day of departure home, it turned out that double tickets had been sold for their Colavia plane. As a result, more than 40 people were detained in Burgas until 17.30 (instead of 8.20). True, the tour operator organized rest and food at the Burgas hotel, but still people were upset, many were late for trains in Moscow.
