Extremely dishonest tour operator.
We have been traveling for a long time and actively, but through TUI for the first and last time. We encountered such a frank, brutal "divorce" and boorish attitude towards customers for the first time. We were foolish to buy from this tour operator last-minute Bingo 4 * tours to Turkey, Alanya, the Adelina hotel. We got a ruined vacation and lost nerves for our money.

The former name is Club Hotel Rasputin 3. The stars did not even fly close to this hotel
You realize this as soon as you cross the threshold of this hotel. Moreover, nowhere - neither on the facade, nor at the reception, nor anywhere on the territory - is there any mention of the "star" of the hotel.

the hole is rare
today it is called "Adelina". Declares itself 4 *, . although the "stars" did not fly there. We got there in a bad hour because of the tour operator Thuja (in small letters, because it's Sharashkin's office, just a gang of swindlers.
