My family and I ordered a ticket to Egypt from the Biblio-Globus tour operator through a travel agency in our city. Application number 635302148. Departure May 21. Recently, negative reviews about our hotel began to appear, in connection with which on April 16 we turned to our agency to change the hotel to another one (the cost of a ticket to a new hotel is even higher).
