When visiting the travel agency, I clearly asked Alexei whether we would live in the main building. He replied that there was only one building in this hotel and we would be in it. When we already beat the hotel, they called them, they told us that the annex rooms are in another building. when our relatives went to a travel agency and started talking to them about what kind of business it was why we were initially deceived, Alexey at first kept repeating that he didn’t say this, and then admitted that there was such a conversation.

Just awful
We arrived at 16.00 at the reception there were two guys in Russian pretending to understand and speak poorly. our room was anex, it was in another non-main building, as it turned out.
