How can you lose all the money for paid tour services
Very bad tour company I got into an accident on 05/27/2013 and for health reasons (bruises, broken arm, etc.) I could not fly to Cuba on a fully paid tour ticket. Despite the fact that the tour began on 05/31/2013 and I reported the incident on 05/28/2013. The tour company did not compensate me a penny. Thus, I lost about 12000 UAH, not to mention the moral loss.
