Continuation. Start here: Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 August 14 we leave for Batumi. Close, only 60 km. When they entered Batumi, they groaned and gasped in much the same way as when they had just entered Georgia.

Continuation. Start here: Part 1 Part 2 In the morning we leave Tbilisi and drive to Mtskheta. We take pictures, enjoy the view, and go to Borjomi. A simple town in the mountains, smacks of the Soviet Union.

Continuation. Start here: Part 1 We arrived at the Georgian border in Upper Lars on August 9 at 2-30 am. The border is open from 5 am to 7 pm. The queue was huge. The road is uphill, every couple of minutes I had to start the car and drive up a couple of meters.

Finally, we decided to check for ourselves whether they write the truth about amazing Georgia. Gathered on an independent trip in two cars. We are two families, seven people in total (We have two boys - 12 and 6 years old, and our friends have one - 10 years old).
