Good hotel but some elements need updating

Tunis › Port El Kantaoui › El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui 4*

A brief overview of the hotel is available at the link - https://youtu. be/xP1kVORmOJk. Arrived at the hotel around 9:30 am (me, wife, child 8 years old). They put on bracelets and sent for breakfast.

good hotel with video review of the room

1. arrival settlement . we arrived at the hotel at 8.30 immediately put on bracelets, gave out passwords for wi-fi and sent for breakfast. almost immediately after breakfast they settled (they hinted at a better room for a surcharge, but we refused).
