They misled about the bankruptcy of the tour operator, the need to change the hotel, because supposedly there is a chance to stay without a hotel during the holidays and all a couple of days before the start of the tour! And the tour was at the same time paid for several months by early booking! They offered a choice of urgent options for a hotel, as it turned out later, of poor quality, albeit 5 *.
