Instead of a normal tourist bus, they gave a Mercedes sprinter, which was not originally intended for such a long journey. The travel agency was well aware of this. It's just a mockery! We drove from Mukachevo through Hungary and Slovenia to the Cote d'Azur. The distance between the seats is simply microscopic, the back of the seats does not recline, there are no steps.
