Having bought a package tour to Albania, we got a room with a balcony, but without a “view”. Or rather, with a view of 4 concrete walls of the courtyard. At the request to change the room, the tour operator simply froze, saying that all the rooms are the same, although out of 50 rooms in the hotel there are only 4 of these

I do not advise Regina City 4 *, Vlora and Albania in general
A hotel that I would never recommend to visit. Photos that are on the official website and on booking are far from real. Of course, the check-in went quickly, but it would be better if we settled in for a long time than ended up in such a disgusting room .
