Your tour has been cancelled!
We booked a tour to Budapest for 5 days, chose from guaranteed tours, so we thought Accrord was going for sure. Bought tickets and paid. And a week before departure, the respected Accord tour cancels our trip, offering to choose other tours that are many times worse. I dialed the number that is listed on the site where the not-so-nice girl DIDN'T APOLOGIZE, didn't get into a position, but said something like - you call the reception, what do you need? Where is the explanation? Where is the apology? I'm talking about compensation! In general, your service is minus zero significantly! Teach operators to speak and apologize!!! And learn how to conduct business processes, and not put a guaranteed tour, and then cancel it for no reason.
