Based on my own experience, this is a terrible company.
They wanted to apply for a tourist visa to the UK, not only did they not receive a visa, due to an incomplete package of documents. So even at the embassy they lost their husband's passport, and the Verano company absolutely does not care, no one deals with the issue of finding a passport. So if you just want to give money to people, and even stay without passports, please go to them.
