When looking for a tour, they were guided only by their wishes, not the reputation of the organizer, trusting the "experts". The tour was chosen to get to Disneyland on the child's birthday, so changing the date or route, especially the refusal, were highly undesirable. The first "surprise" was a week before departure, when "Accord" announced the cancellation of the tour, with a proposal to return the money .
