Very bad
We bought a tour to the Limoncello 4 * hotel in Beldibi. Upon arrival at the hotel, the transferman girl dropped us off at the reception and left. Nobody began to populate us, they said there were no rooms. We began to explain that the time we paid for our stay at the hotel was already underway. it was after 15:00, to which we were told that all the questions for the Tez tour, they sold the ticket without booking seats.

Everything is super!!!!
A major international tour operator. The flight with the Windrose was at its best !!!!! The transfer is fast, the guides are friendly. There can be no complaints at all and no matter what. Oksana!!!!)))) thanks
