Travel agents don't know what they're selling
We chose through this agency because we thought that this company can be trusted. We decided to go to Bulgaria with friends to the Bahami Residence hotel, the travel agent said that upon arrival we would be taken by a transfer to the hotel, it turned out on the spot that our transfer was not paid for and after 26 hours on the bus we had to go in the heat to our hotel.
