organization is good - execution is bad
At Christmas we went on a bus tour of the Pearl of the Baltic States - Vilnius-Riga-Tallinn. The hotels are excellent, the route is laid out correctly - there are no complaints about the organization of the tour - everything is fine. But performance... The bus is a frozen toilet, there is no hot tea at the bus stops, the windows are dirty, the bus is drafty (I had to stuff the upper shelves with things), the drivers are gloomy.
