always high service
We constantly buy vouchers for the service tour. the girls already know us, remember our wishes and quickly select options for us. in March we flew to vietnam, nha trang, galliot 4* hotel. Everything was cool, they flew from Moscow. At first we booked a regular room, but they did not confirm it for us. the manager offered either a superior room with a surcharge or another hotel, we decided to pay extra and did not lose! We had a room with a balcony which was great! and after the trip, the girls always call and ask how we had a rest, whether everything was fine.
