Irresponsible attitude of office managers
Not the first time I flew with this company, the tours were arranged in different offices. This time we arranged a tour to Babushkinskaya metro station. We took a tour by early booking 3 months in advance to Cyprus. Paid right away. The manager was Levakova Daria. After paying, they came to the office several times, Daria was not there. As it turned out, she went on maternity leave and we were not transferred to another manager, they sent us from one to another.
