Vacation canceled twice due to tour cancellation
I categorically want to refuse cooperation with this tour operator. Twice already got into the situation that they cancel the tour when there is an order to leave. No equivalent tour replacement was offered. Expenses were incurred for purchased train tickets, for booking a hotel, because the departure was from Lviv. The manner of communicating with customers .
